It wouldn’t be an event without cake! Calli Cohn, owner of Whisked Away Cake Boutique, will be on hand with samples of her decadent goodies–you won’t be able to resist!

Whisked Away Cake Boutique is pleased to cater to any dessert needs for any celebration…from something traditional to modern to never seen before…with flavors to match. All sweets are custom made from scratch with only the finest ingredients available.  

What inspired you to work in the wedding industry?

Being able to contribute to a part of peoples’ special occasions.  

What makes your business unique?

The quality and customization of the product. Not only do I hold a Bachelors of Fine Arts from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, but I also have a culinary degree from The French Pastry School, this makes it possible to not only have amazing tasting cake but also designs that are unique and truly one of a kind.  

What inspires you?

I love finding vintage fabrics that inspire me with their color and pattern.  

What is your favorite love story?

16 Candles, it showed that you can be yourself and still get the super hot popular guy.  

What are you looking forward to most about The Lovestruck Event?

Meeting couples and helping inspire their wedding cake vision and seeing all of the other awesome vendors and their unique products.
